On October 14-15, 2021,
Dr. Takuma Melber, lecturer and coordinator of the
Master’s in Transcultural Studies at the HCTS, participated in the "
Nachwuchskolloquium zur Militärgeschichte" at the University of Potsdam. Jointly organized by the
Potsdam University’s Chair of Military History/Cultural History of Violence and other institutional partners, the Nachwuchskolloquium is one of the biggest military history conferences in Germany. On this occasion, Takuma Melber chaired and commented a panel about World War II focusing on the Asia-Pacific War Theatre.
