From February 16-21, a Winter School on the challenges and opportunities of global history will take place in New Delhi. It is addressed to PhD and early career scholars in Germany and India. A panel “The languages of global history” will feature as part of the program. The participants include Professor
Monica Juneja, Professor
Joachim Kurtz and Professor
Dhruv Raina. This will be a public event held at the
India International Centre, New Delhi on February 18 at 6.30 pm.
The Winter School is organized jointly by the Heidelberg Centre of Transcultural Studies, the
India Branch Office of the Max Weber Stiftung and the
German Historical Institute London.
