On September 19,
Dr. Takuma Melber, lecturer and
MATS programme coordinator at the HCTS, is the moderator of a
panel discussion that deals with the outbreak of World War II 80 years ago. The event is organized by the Landeszentrale für Politische Bildung Rheinland-Pfalz in Mainz and will host Prof. Johannes Hürter from IfZ München and Prof. Stephan Lehnstaedt from the Touro College in Berlin as the discussants.
